Evaluator

It is of great importance to 12Build that the reviews posted on Evaluator provide a constructive contribution towards gaining insight into the quality of the service provision of companies, organizations and professionals. To achieve this goal, we have drawn up these guidelines and rules. Please read them carefully and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at support@12build.com.

When you register and give reviews on the Evaluator website:

• You are an employee of a company who has had actual experience or contact with the specific company you are reviewing. You may only give a review if you have demonstrably had contact with the specific company you are reviewing, have bought a product or received a service from them or are a regular customer. Actual experiences help other customers and suppliers, whereas spurious experiences have the opposite effect.

When you register and give reviews on the Evaluator website, you are not:

• A competitor of the company in question.
• An employee of the company you are reviewing.
• A current or former employee of the employer you are reviewing.

When posting a review:

• You will provide an explanation and clarification for the grade you give. This means your review will be better received by other users and the reviewed companies.
• Tell your story. This will enable readers to relate better to your situation.
• Provide constructive criticism. Criticism of a company or supplier should be worded in such a way that other customers can understand you and the reviewed company can use it to make improvements.
• Keep to the facts in your review. Factual information will help other customers and companies.
• Describe a recent customer experience (<of less than a year ago). Service provision changes continuously, so it would only be reasonable to share experiences that occurred recently.

Make sure you provide a review that is fair:

• Do not provide false, spurious or inaccurate reviews.
• Do not use offensive language in your review. Evaluator does not tolerate profanity. Insults do not help anyone.
• Provide only one review of the situation in question. Providing repeated reviews of the situation in question will not give a fair picture of the company.
• Do not include personal information or confidential content in your reviews.
• Do not commit defamation or slander. The sole purpose of defamation is to blacken the name of another party for reasons other than to defend yourself. Slander is blackening the name of a company or person by knowingly making false statements.

Acting in violation of the preceding points will result in an infringement of our General Terms and Conditions, and in some cases could be illegal. This means that you can be held accountable by us or by third parties and we have the right to take appropriate measures.

Dispute Policy

Our Dispute Policy enables other users and the reviewed company to dispute the reviews and comments We advise the user to retain as much evidence as possible to substantiate a review on Evaluator.
